We hosted our rehearsal dinner at 208 Grill on October 13, 2017 and it was a terrific evening! Victoria helped me come up with a delicious menu that fit the indoor BBQ feel I was going for, allowed us to set up a personalized drinks package for our guests, and roped off a great spot of the bar for our private party. Our guests loved the food and the bartenders were awesome and made great drinks. Notably, I had asked Victoria if there could be some gluten free variations of easy to convert dishes for my mom (mother of the bride). I was thinking easy things, like skip croutons on the salad, etc. They went far beyond my expectations and made variations of every dish, including the macaroni and cheese, for my mom to eat. Not only did they make her feel very special, but they enabled her to have an enjoyable and worry free evening (rather than being anxious that something might make her sick for the wedding day). I reached out to the restaurant on a whim because I liked their menu, and I’m so glad I did – the food, drinks, and experience were all wonderful and it was just a fabulous start to our wedding weekend.
