I went into First Care for chest pain, thinking it may have been a chest cold or pneumonia and they wouldn't bring me in. The nurse or director named, Joanne I believe, said, "We can't check you, go to the ER." The ER was another 30 minutes away. I asked, "Can you call an ambulance for me." She said no. I asked her why they couldn't see me and just do x-rays like they normally do. She said I had to pay $300 to just see the doctor. My copay there is only $30.00. I had to drive myself to the ER. They are rude, nasty and the place is downright dirty. I'd rather go to an ER than be stuck in that hellhole.
